Whistle Blower Cases

Attorney Josh Gruenberg recently settled a whistle blower case. The whistle blower was a supervisor of a repair shop for a large trucking company who complained that his co-managers and his superior were not ensuring that the brakes of the trucks were adequately repaired. Ultimately, after making several complaints and becoming a thorn in the side of management, he was terminated. We sued for wrongful termination in violation of public policy and settled the case for $125,000.

Attorneys Joshua Gruenberg and Zachary Tyson represented Angela Jackson who was wrongfully terminated from her Human Resources Manager position with U.S. Seminar Corporation. Mr. Gruenberg successfully argued that
Mrs. Jackson was fired for refusing to shred documents in connection with an ongoing federal investigation. After a five day bench trial, the judge awarded Mrs. Jackson $489,761 dollars.
