Joshua D. Gruenberg has practiced law in California since 1992 . In 2008, he was selected as a California Super Lawyer. In 2004, Josh received the Outstanding Trial Lawyer Award from Consumer Attorneys of San Diego for his work in the case, Haist v. Rohr Industries, Inc.. In 2000 and 2005, he was awarded the Consumer Attorney of California's President's Award for his efforts at defeating anti-consumer initiatives. Susan M. Swan
Susan M. Swan is a graduate of the University of California-Hastings College of the Law, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Before joining the Law Office of Joshua D. Gruenberg, she was a Labor Litigation Associate at Schwartz, Steinsapir, Dohrmann & Sommers in Los Angeles, and a Deputy District Attorney in Ventura, where she conducted 19 jury trials and over 50 hearings and motions. During law school, she was Co-President of a legal services clinic for the homeless, and was awarded for Outstanding Performance in Group Advocacy and Systemic Reform by the Civil Justice Clinic. She has also served as Voter Protection attorney for Obama for America, law clerk for United Auto Workers, and intern for the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program. Ms. Swan has appeared in state and federal courts, administrative hearings, and before the National Labor Relations Board. Andrea G. Fiore
Andrea G. Fiore is an associate at the Law Offices of Joshua D. Gruenberg. She is a native of Norwalk, Connecticut, and an alumna of Boston University. While pursuing her law degree from California Western School of Law, Ms. Fiore was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, the Health Law Society, and the Women’s Law Caucus. She earned an Academic Achievement Award in Mediation Advocacy and was published in the Journal of BioLaw and Business.
Ms. Fiore was admitted to the State Bar of California in February of 2008, and is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association. She currently handles plaintiffs' civil litigation cases, including sexual harassment, wrongful termination and discrimination. Email me:

Corey P. Hanrahan
Corey P. Hanrahan was admitted to the California Bar in 2008. He was born and raised in Minnesota. After graduating from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, he moved to San Diego to attend California Western School of Law. Corey graduated from California Western School of Law in December of 2007, were he received the academic achievement award for his accomplishments in Problem Solving and Prevention in Healthcare. He co-authored an article titled, “Promoting Public Health and Provider Response to Emergencies and Disasters,” that was published by the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Law and Social Change. Julie Cosner
Julie Cosner is a native of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. She graduated from the University of Akron, Ohio, in 2001 with a Degree in Legal Assisting Technology. Julie moved to San Diego and enrolled in the University of San Diego Paralegal program. She graduated from USD with a Paralegal Certificate in July 2005. Julie is knowledgeable in the areas of civil discovery, California Civil Procedure, the local rules of the Superior Court of California, San Diego Judicial District, and the handling of personal injury and employment law matters.
